The SS Philip and James School in Oxford organised a Salsa event to raise money for Footsteps Foundation as they have seen how Footsteps has helped class mate Jacob Wright.
The event included 53 children, five teaching staff, one member of the office staff, one caretaker and the head teacher! One teacher says that everyone really enjoyed it as they got their legs and arms moving to the Salsa beat! There was a great buzz and the children were very proud of themselves.
Before they started Jacob explained what Footsteps has done for him saying
“They help me learn new things like crawling and walking better,
because my legs are wobbly sometimes”
