We now have a team of 20 dragons all set to take part in this year’s Abingdon Dragon Boat Race on Sunday 7th September. The team is being headed up by local Footsteps dad Andrew, whose daughter regularly attends Footsteps. He’s gathered a number of friends, colleagues and other Footsteps dads to take up the challenge and they will all be racing for Footsteps in a few weeks time.
The team have a fundraising target of £2,500 and they are hoping to do well in the race. If you would like to show your support, please visit their JustGiving page or come along and cheer them on on the day…it’s going to be fun and a great day out for all the family to enjoy!
